When we first discovered Cerasa Apartments, we saw an opportunity to establish a differentiated brand in the growing city. So we embarked on a full community rebrand, with stylish simplicity at the core of its character.

As we planned our renovation for The Lark, formerly called Park 20, we began with a new brand equity to mirror the tightly-knit community's cheerful personality and tranquil environment.
The Upland

Upland, CA

Following acquisition of The Upland, formerly called Alta Upland, we set out to improve brand relevance with the local audience. The new brand celebrates The Upland's desirable location and the spirit of the Inland Empire.
Reve

Boulder, CO

This new build is a hub for Boulder's unique culture. Reve's debut brand merges modern luxury with anything-but-ordinary brand elements, serving as the perfect palette for a building filled with carefully curated art and decor.
