Rebrand + Renovation | Bellevue, CA

Bellevue, WA is a rapidly growing tech hub and a popular home base for up-and-coming professionals. A short drive from Seattle, it's routinely ranked among the best mid-sized cities in the US.

When we first discovered Bellevue's Cerasa Apartments, we saw an opportunity to deliver a differentiated living experience. Soon after purchasing the property, we embarked on a rebranding and amenities renovation plan alongside our design partners Paper Laundry and B2 Design Co.

And Stokely was born.

From Cerasa to Stokely

Replacing Cerasa Apartments, Stokely expresses luxury through modernist sophistication. The new identity is rooted in balance, with a contrasting neutral palette and thoughtful incorporations of geometric elements. Developed by design firm Paper Laundry, the brand's character is a subtle nod to the equilibrium that home offers among the hustle and bustle of city living. Renovation: Before & After

We partnered with B2 Design Co. to bring Stokely's elevated sophistication to our amenities spaces, including an upgraded building exterior, lobby, leasing office, corridors, club room, outdoor lounge, and gym. We also incorporated a new enclosed conference space for our remote work residents. See the transformation in the gallery below.
