Brand Evolution
Evolving from its former identity as "Blu," we engaged branding firm Paper Laundry to develop a name and persona that would capture the elegance and vibrancy of The Margot's surroundings. The result embodies the elevated living experience that defines this exceptional community.
Amenities Transformation
We partnered with architecture and design firm B2 Design Co. to bring The Margot to life in the building's amenity areas, including the lobby, lounge, coffee bar, fitness center, conference space, leasing office, corridors, and mailroom. Each design detail has been thoughtfully curated to reflect elegance, comfort, and modern luxury for spaces that elevate everyday living.
