Formerly Blu Bellevue, The Margot serves as the property's new brand character and the inspiration behind an extensive common area renovation.

An homage to Old Town Bellevue’s classic beauty, The Margot brand merges timeless design details with modern accents to create an atmosphere of sophistication and warmth. 

Newly renovated common areas include the building exterior, corridors, entry lobby, leasing office, resident lounge, conference space, fitness area, and will soon include updated rooftop and courtyard amenities. 

Overlooking Bellevue Downtown Park and just steps from the city's premier dining, shopping, and recreation, The Margot now offers a living experience that’s truly one of a kind.
