It is rare for such a luxury building to actually feel like a community.
Ardence & Bloom is the kind of place you won’t want to leave. Located in East Hollywood and close to some of the area’s big name offices (think Netflix and Second Home), the 184-unit property features an impressive list of amenities packaged in an impeccably designed aesthetic.
No detail has been overlooked, from the bright custom murals to the sculptural lighting and the ample indoor and outdoor conversational spaces sprinkled across the building’s footprint.

The fitness center offers a full menu of weight training and cardio equipment, with a dedicated room for floor exercise and group classes. The work-from-home crowd will enjoy a short commute to the expansive co-working wing, with open seating and several private conference spaces of all sizes. The 8th floor outdoor lounge opens to unobstructed views of the hills, the famed Hollywood sign, and the Griffith Observatory. And, just off the lounge, reservable living-room-style cabanas (complete with mini bar area) give residents all the reasons they need to host friends and family.
And we can’t forget to mention one of our favorite things about A&B–the pet amenities. The building comes with a private, enclosed dog park just steps away from the indoor pet spa, with bathing and grooming stations, plus a washer and dryer for the cleanup. You'll even find an outfit of complimentary A&B leashes, collars, and ID tags. This, of course, is to name just a few of the thoughtfully-designed amenities spaces.
Residential units echo the same modern architectural style, with two finish options to choose from. Layouts of all sizes are designed to promote natural light, with many units offering views of the hills or the city.
Not overlooking the more practical details, the community is also equipped with efficient systems like ENERGY STAR appliances, smart hardware (e.g., thermostats and entry locks), and EV chargers.
During the lease-up period, Ardence & Bloom's staff has been working hard to make the new community feel like home to incoming residents.

In addition to being literally one of the most beautiful apartment buildings in Los Angeles...they have the actual nicest staff. Their amenities are next-level and they do so much for the community… Janet and the team are so accommodating, and they host wonderful community events. Jacob and the security staff are literally the BEST and instantly put you at ease. It is rare for such a luxury building to actually feel like a community. Not sure how they do it but so happy they're right here in the heart of Hollywood!
