North Coast's 2023 J. Turner Research Acheivements

National multifamily ratings and reviews platform J. Turner Research has published their 2023 year-end report and North Coast has a lot to brag about. Here are some of the highlights:

• North Coast landed on the list of top 25 highest rated management companies out of more than 850 in our division, with a portfolio average score that's nearly 25% above the national average.
  
• The Lark in San Mateo, CA now ranks second highest in multifamily ratings and reviews for the entire state of California and sits in the top 100 for all properties in the U.S. (out of 139,000!). And, did we mention that this is in the midst of a major building renovation?
  
• Liberty Square Townhomes in Las Vegas, LV landed in the top 10 highest rated for multifamily in the entire state of Nevada.
  
• We have 3 properties that are slated to make the Elite 1% list coming out next month.
  
• Ratings and reviews are among the most important tools for the multifamily industry and our outstanding results across the board are a testament to the dedication of great staff.
