Cerasa to Stokely

When we assumed ownership of Cerasa Apartments in Bellevue, WA, we saw an opportunity to offer more than just a place to live by delivering a one-of-a-kind brand experience. Soon after the purchase, we embarked on a carefully orchestrated rebranding and amenities renovation plan alongside our design partners Paper Laundry and B2 Architecture + Design.

The brand itself was developed from the concept of “Urban Zen,” where the modern city dwelling meets calm respite and luxury is defined by minimalism. B2’s physical interpretation of the brand includes natural wood, stone, and metals to bring visual contrast to the space without clutter. Fabrics and wall-coverings balance the hard surfaces with soft layering, creating a welcoming environment for hosting friends or enjoying a quiet moment with a book. And no detail has been overlooked. The light fixtures, furnishings, and other interior accents, while understated, act as art pieces of their own. It’s the kind of place you won’t find anywhere else.

The renovated property also reflects the community’s more functional needs, including a new conference space, a lounge that is more flexible to open workspace and recreation, large package lockers, and a soon-to-come complimentary coffee bar.

Stokely is expected to formally replace Cerasa in March of 2024. In the meantime, renovated spaces are open for residents to enjoy as we kick off 2024.
