The 2025 North Coast Star Awards are about recognizing the heart, grit, and tenacity of our operations teams—the people who show up every day, solve the hard problems, and keep our communities running no matter what challenge is thrown at them.
This has been a year defined by resilience and achievement. Our teams embraced change head-on with the implementation and adoption of new systems and programs, turning challenge into progress. At the same time, they never lost sight of what matters most—providing outstanding customer service, building trust with residents, and creating communities where people feel heard, supported, and cared for. They didn't just keep pace—they raised the bar.
Beyond the day-to-day work, our teams showed what it truly means to be part of something bigger. From raising critical funds for Southern California wildfire relief, to achieving record numbers in food drives and volunteer hours, their impact reached far beyond our properties and into the communities we serve.
