Jayden Moran has been with North Coast for almost a decade and has shown his unrelenting dedication to our team in three different states and several different properties. He was nominated for the spotlight because he continues to be a pillar of support and hard work for us wherever he is needed. This includes doing things far outside his normal scope of work, all for the sake of giving his community what it needs to be successful. He’s a true team leader and sacrifices his own time to make sure his staff and residents are getting exactly what they need.

Outside of his busy work schedule he enjoys family life with his husband and his two dogs Dexter and Levi. He also loves spending a great deal of time with his 3-year-old niece going on adventures and getting outside.

In his free time Jayden enjoys the peace of being at home with his family and loves finding new woodworking projects to get his hands into out in the garage. Currently he is working on building a large dining table but enjoys all types of woodworking projects.

For shows and movies Jayden loves sitting down to watch Dexter (event naming his dog after the show) and also enjoys Big Brother and West Wing to unwind.

Anything exciting you are looking forward to coming up?

“I’ll just be excited to leave the house! We did a lot of traveling before 2020 came around so I am looking forward to traveling again sometime soon.”

What is your favorite part of working for North Coast?

“The people! The team atmosphere is just great and everybody I have worked with or for has been just amazing. North Coast is just more personal than other companies. We’re serious when it comes to business but it's fun!”
