Rosendo Avila
Maintenance Technician
Liberty Square Townhomes
Las Vegas, NV

Rosendo Avila has been part of the North Coast family for 5 years and spending the last 2 at Liberty Square in Las Vegas, Nevada. He was chosen for our employee spotlight for showing his dedication to our residents and his teammates day in and out. He will be the first to tell you that he takes immense pride in his work to make Liberty Square stand out amongst the other properties in his area and the results are evident the second you step foot onto his property.

In his personal life, Rosendo is the proud father of 4 sons and a daughter. In his own words, his children are his life and he looks forward to doing everything together as a family unit. His most recent family excursion being a trip to San Francisco exploring the city and all it has to offer. However, his family wouldn’t be complete without the presence of his 3 dogs; Capy, Daisy and Mia and anyone can see he revels in the fullness of his family life.

Rosendo is also very active outside of the home spending a lot of time with his children at Lake Mead and being a part of a local soccer league on team Sahuayo.

He will be the first to tell you that he takes immense pride in his work to make Liberty Square stand out amongst the other properties in his area and the results are evident the second you step foot onto his property.

Any exciting plans for the summer?

We have an upcoming family trip to Salt Lake City! Can’t wait to explore and be outdoors.

What has been your favorite resident moment?

All of our residents have been amazing but when someone takes the time to acknowledge that they are happy with the work we do, it really makes us feel great! I really enjoy being able to solve their issues in a timely manner.

What is your favorite part of working for North Coast?

The teamwork that I have with everyone I work with! Coming to work and seeing everyone be sopositive about being here is something I truly enjoy.
