Jennifer Hull has been in the business for 17 years and North Coast is lucky enough to have had her for 11 of them. Jennifer was nominated by leadership for the spotlight because she has consistently rose to the top in her performance on site and is a well-rounded and independent manager. She also takes great care of her staff and shows that same standard for her residents with an unparalleled consistency.

In her personal life Jennifer enjoys her family life with her husband, 29-year-old daughter and her Blue Healer named Roxy.

In her free time, she and her husband spend a great deal of time in the outdoors. They spend most weekends kayaking or hauling their teardrop camper around to all the natural wonders of their area.

When they aren’t adventuring, she takes the opportunity to do lots of at-home crafting. Jennifer enjoys watching P.S. I Love You and Sweet Home Alabama in her down time and she is a lover of every type of music. Depending on the day she can range from Classical to Metal so her enjoyment of music is broad and sweeping.

Anything exciting you are looking forward to coming up?

“We are planning to visit Rocky Point in Mexico in November. It’s a sort of Thanksgiving tradition and we really love spending time there."

What has been your favorite resident moment?

“Picking a favorite resident story is hard! I’ve had so many great experiences over the years. Helping people get into their new home and seeing how excited and grateful they are is so amazing. I’m so grateful to have such an amazing job.”

What is your favorite part of working for North Coast?

“I’d say the company itself. It’s a great company and they really care about their employees and residents!"
