This road trip was a powerful reminder that North Coast Living is not just about tasks but about nurturing relationships.

Our recent North Coast Living road trip, led by Coco, our head of social media, was a profound experience that extended far beyond expectations. Over the course of her visit to 19 of our properties, Coco spent valuable time on-site, connecting deeply with our teams and engaging in hands-on sessions focused on the details that make North Coast Living exceptional.

This journey became a celebration of our company culture, where the real value lies not just in what we do but in who we are. From heartfelt discussions to personalized training on resident events, impact programs, and the importance of our reviews, the road trip reinforced the essence of our mission: creating communities that feel like home.

What resonated most from this trip was the human side of our business. Each team member brings their own unique touch, and their dedication is evident in every interaction with our residents.

Through listening, sharing, and learning, Coco deepened our collective understanding of how our culture and values are reflected in our daily work.

This road trip was a powerful reminder that North Coast Living is not just about tasks but about nurturing relationships, a key aspect that honors the personal contributions that define our communities and makes each team member feel valued and appreciated.

The purpose of the social media road trip was to provide onsite, in-person training to the team at each community, including hands on tips and tricks for taking photos and videos of community events. Training also included a in person review of the leasing website, a tour of social media channels, and community e-newsletters.

Before Coco's visit the practice of gathering media at our resident events seemed like such an awkward chore. Now it's become a fun and creative part of engaging with our residents. Thank you for making the trip Coco, we hope to see you again soon!

As we all know, social media can quickly become a cliche ridden add-on to multifamily marketing. Not so at North Coast where every effort is made to provide residents with thoughtful, fun, and engaging content each and every month. Many thanks to Coco and her campaign assistant Kirby Gordon for keeping our media fresh and true to brand.
